• A valid credit card is required to book an appointment.

• Please note our cancellation policy: For appointments cancelled within two hours or “no-show” appointments, we charge 50% of the service total with the credit card on file.

• Because we care about your health and the integrity of your skin, we will not perform waxing treatments if: You are currently using Retin – A, Differin, Accutane, Alphahydroxy, Glycolic (or any other similar exfoliant).

• Inform the Esthetician before any service performed if: You are on medication, if your skin is sunburned, if you have had facial surgery, or if you have undergone chemotherapy in the 6 months leading up to your appointment.

• No refunds or exchanges on purchases. No store credit given.
