Waxing

Avoid shaving minimum 2 weeks prior.

No need to trim.
-
Stop all use of Retinol/A, Differin, Accutane, Glycolic (etc.) at least 7 days prior.

Avoid over exfoliating (3x a week maximum).
-
No Aspirin, Tylenol, Ibruprofen or Midol.
Lash Lifts
-
Remove all eye makeup prior.
-
Minimum of 6 weeks between last lash lift.
Facials & Peels
-
No waxing before or after facial.
-
Avoid wearing make up to appointment.
-
Let the esthetician know if you have had a recent peel/laser.
Preparing

Waxing

No exfoliating for 24 hours.

Avoid tight clothing.
-
Avoid fragrant perfume, oils or lotions.
-
No caffeine for 3 hours following appointment.

Wait 24 hours to start Retinol/A, Differin, Accutane, Glycolic (etc).
Lash Lifts
-
No water near your eyes for 24 hours.
-
No rubbing or touching your eyes for 24 hours.
Facials & Peels
-
Avoid direct sun for 2-3 weeks.
-
Apply sunscreen.
-
Avoid waxing or any type of exfoliating products for 72 hours.

Do not pick or peel scabs, blisters, or loose skin.

Avoid saunas.
-
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Policies

A valid credit card is required to book an appointment.

Please note our cancellation policy: For appointments cancelled within two hours or “no-show” appointments, we charge 50% of the service total with the credit card on file.

Because we care about your health and the integrity of your skin, we will not perform waxing treatments if: You are currently using Retin – A, Differin, Accutane, Alphahydroxy, Glycolic (or any other similar exfoliant).

Inform the Esthetician before any service performed if: You are on medication, if your skin is sunburned, if you have had facial surgery, or if you have undergone chemotherapy in the 6 months leading up to your appointment.
