We are committed to providing our clients with the safest and highest quality of service possible. With the health and well-being of our clients and staff, and under the guidance of our Health Department and State Board, Stark has implemented the following safety precautions:
Mask Policy: all Stark clients, patrons and staff will be REQUIRED to wear a mask at all times - no exceptions.
Sanitation Stations: disinfection stations with hand sanitizer, gloves and masks (by request) have been placed throughout the studio.
Extra Service Time: we will be adding an additional 15 mins between each and every service to allow for proper disinfecting between clients.
Forehead Thermometer: Temperature Scanning is available and may be required before entry. All Stark staff will be screened with a temperature scan and symptoms checklist prior to each shift.
Limited Client Entry: as part of our efforts to limit interactions between clients, we will have a very limited number of people in the studio at one time. Please do not bring additional people with you to your appointment, as the lobby will be closed and no guest seating available.
Disinfecting of High Touch Areas: Door handles, Reception Desk, Point of Sale (POS) equipment, Stations, Displays, and Restroom will be cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.
Contactless Payments will be an option for all transactions.
